Week 1 Progress

Hi,

This is week 1 of my documented progress but I've been at it for a couple of months now.
I work out 5-6 times a week and for a while all I did was spin, now I am changing it up with stairs, circuit training as well as working out with a personal trainer once a week.  according to what I've read weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% food. That means I have the 20% down packed...now I just have to work a little harder on the other 80% i.e. the food.

I used to hate sweating, I thought it was so unlady-like so I was a content obese proper lady. Now sweat is like my daily trophy, I love to capture my sweaty face. Here are a few pics from the last couple of months, I think I'll post these once a week and my goal is to have at least 5.
